Why has ContentFans started adding VAT to purchases
Due to a recent interpretation of an EU law by HMRC, we have implemented changes to the treatment of Fan payments from 1st of July 2020. All VAT collected from Fans is paid directly to the relevant tax authorities. This change only affects Fans resident in countries within the UK/EU.
