Will my withdrawals be affected by Christmas?

Due to bank holidays over the Christmas period, there may be some delay in payout requests. If you have one of the below payout options selected, please see the below guidance notes to help ensure your withdrawals are processed in a timely manner.

• International Transfer (SEPA)

• International Bank Wire (AUS)

• International Bank Transfer (USD))

• Local Currency Bank Payment

Payouts to be processed before 25/12/2023 must be submitted by 08.00 GMT on 24/12/2023

Payments will then recommence on the 29/12/2023.

Payouts to be processed before 1/1/2024 must be submitted by 08.00 GMT on 30/12/2023

Payouts will resume as normal following the banking holidays on 04/01/2024.
